Case Study – Brambleton Garage
The Inteli-Shield team recently finished installing a polyaspartic floor coating at a brand new home in Brambleton, Virginia. The homeowner wanted a stunning new floor installed in his 500sqft garage before he moved in. Despite some challenges, we were able to install a brilliant new floor in just a day and a half.
We needed extra time to prep the floor because the builder had sealed the concrete floor before delivering the home to its new owners. Many flooring companies would have simply put the coating over top the sealed concrete without a second thought. However, we invested the time needed to scrape the sealed concrete to ensure that the base coat would bond strongly to the surface. Then we applied the Nightfall top coat to produce the brilliant, durable, and low-maintenance flooring the homeowner wanted in his new garage.
